* Job Description:
** - As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients and assisting physicians with exceptional patient care.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.
- Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate a personalized plan of care for assigned patients through initial and ongoing assessments.
- Initiate assessments based on patient problems or needs, physician medical diagnoses, and the functional health framework.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care effectively.
- Document care in accordance with established standards of care, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support innovative practices in care delivery.
- Provide patient-centric care aligned with the professional nursing practice model.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills & Experience:
** - Minimum 2 years of recent and strong Med-Surg experience.

- Experience with Epic EMR

Education:
** - ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing)

** Required Certifications & Licensure:** - NIHSS - BLS-AHA - CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
