* Key Responsibilities:
** - Plan, implement, and document high-quality nursing care tailored to patient needs.
- Identify patient needs and set care priorities through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments.
- Initiate patient assessments addressing specific problems or needs, aligning with physician diagnoses and the functional health framework.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to provide optimal patient care.
- Manage the care of diverse patients, ensuring all documentation meets standards of care and practice.
- Advocate for evidence-based practices and support innovative care delivery methods.
- Deliver patient-centric care consistent with our professional nursing practice model.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

** - A minimum of 2 years of recent, robust Med-Surg experience.
