Responsibilities include developing and coordinating individualized care plans, performing therapeutic nursing interventions, managing patient care, and advocating for evidence-based practices.

The RN provides patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice models.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent, strong Med-Surg experience

• ASN degree

• NIHSS certification

• BLS-AHA certification

• CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours)

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN degree
