• Prepare and present regular leasing performance reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with property management to address tenant concerns and ensure smooth operations.

• 3-year proven track record of successfully leasing apartments.
• Strong knowledge of leasing laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in market rent multi-family residential.
• Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.
