Duties include setting up, using, and maintaining the mechanical dishwasher for the shift, keeping the food line stocked with clean plates, and performing sanitation tasks at the end of the shift, including cleaning work areas and restrooms.
A qualified applicant must be able to lift 25-50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the kitchen as needed.
The minimum age requirement for this position is 18.
