We are seeking skilled and reliable Local Truck Drivers to join our team in North Bergen, NJ. This role involves local deliveries. Drivers are home daily, and freight includes a mix of pallet deliveries and drop‑and‑hook operations.

• Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record (MVR, CSA, and previous employment).
• Ability to pass DOT pre‑employment drug screening and meet DOT medical requirements.
• Good stable work record.
• Current DOT physical.
• 1 year of Class‑A driving experience or equivalent military experience.
• Be at least 23 years of age.
• Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
• Ability to safely drive various vehicles.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, and the general public.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times.
• Ability to occasionally perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions.
• Ability to make independent judgments, which have moderate impacts on the organization.

• Extended Periods of Sitting:
  Drivers are required to sit for long durations while operating vehicles.
• Manual Dexterity:
  Frequent use of hands and feet to operate vehicles, adjust controls, and manage equipment.

  Occasional lifting, carrying, and securing of cargo, which may exceed 50 pounds.

  Continuous focus on driving and navigation, requiring high levels of concentration and situational awareness.
