• Manage the preparation and review of complex partnership tax returns, including federal, state, and local filings
• Oversee tax planning and strategy for real estate clients, including structuring transactions
• Lead client interactions to engage in meaningful conversations and build trust
• Conduct research and analysis of tax issues related to real estate, including partnership allocations, depreciation, and gain analysis
• Actively nurture staff and team members through training and mentorship

• CPA with 5+ years of experience in public accounting with a focus on real estate partnerships
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience with complex tax structuring and planning for real estate transactions
• Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff

Compensation range: $130,000/year – $140,000/year
