about the jobAs a Senior Technical Recruiter , you’ll be pivotal in sourcing and engaging top talent for our team. You’ll act as the essential link connecting outstanding candidates with our exceptional opportunities.
What you’ll do- Conduct thorough competency-based candidate screens and interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience that highlights their importance throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and support the hiring process by effectively communicating with both candidates and hiring teams to streamline operations.
- Provide managers with insights into candidate skill sets and keep them informed with regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Craft and post engaging job listings on the company’s career website and Linked In to attract the right candidates.
- Employ advanced recruitment strategies to identify and engage passive candidates for challenging-to-fill positions.
- Draft offer letters and employment agreements for final approval, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated.
- Manage and track candidate workflows to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Create and share compelling content on the company Linked In page to enhance the company’s employer brand and attract top talent.
- Assist with additional HR tasks as needed, providing support across various HR initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, psychology, I.T. or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years recruiting in technical/IT candidates with all levels of government security clearances
- Familiarity with systems and tools to track candidates, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools such as Linked In
- Excellent time management and organization skill with the ability to work with little to no direction
- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships with teams across the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across departments.
- A basic understanding of employment laws, regulations and compliance to ensure fair hiring practices
- Exceptional attention to detail in all facets of the recruiting full life cycle recruiting process
- HR Certification through accredited program (i.e., PHR, SPHR)
- You must be able to obtain a security clearance (Secret or higher) – US Citizenship required
- $55,000-$125,000 per year based on skills, experience
