About the Role ABOUT THE JOB

The Change Management Consultant will have the opportunity to support the adoption of new technology, processes, and ways of working so we don’t just solve problems but become better problem solvers in the process. As a Change Management Consultant, you will focus on people and designing strategies that help them move through their change journey. This role will facilitate the adoption conversation and plan, creating alignment around strategy and implementation and continually evolving the change approach as iterative, agile development unfolds.

The Consultant will be able to create a change experience that feels different -- focused on empathy, co-creation and shared ownership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Define and deliver robust change management strategy, approaches, and plans for client engagement that crosses functional boundaries.

Apply the Prosci methodology, tools, and approaches to describe and plan change impacts for the client initiative.

Determine contributing factors to strong sponsorship, coaches and supports sponsors on expected behaviors; become trusted advisor for sponsors.

Execute and manage change management scope including sponsorship, coaching, communications, training, and resistance management plans.

Articulate, envision, and create desired patterns in human dynamics (behaviors, mindsets, and culture).

Integrate change management with project management and influence successful mitigation strategies.

Define success measures and change metrics for the initiative.

Share knowledge and collaborates with other program change management team members.

Requirements EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development (OD), organizational change management (OCM), IT, or a related field

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in OD/OCM in an agile environment

Minimum of three (3) years of experience directly supporting and interacting with a client

A solid understanding of technical concepts and methodologies relevant to the project's scope, which may include software development, IT infrastructure, or specific technical domains

Experience with project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms

REQUIRED SKILLS

Ability and experience to drive change across an organization and maximize adoption of new solutions and/or processes

Experience working with agile teams using the Scaled Agile Framework

Consulting experience in Public Sector, particularly with large-scale change initiatives

Experience designing, co-creating and implementing technology solutions in a client-centric environment

Demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills and experience: negotiation, conflict management skills, influencing skills, ability to give and receive positive and constructive feedback to articulate project requirements, provide clear instructions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management

Capacity to analyze complex situations, make informed decisions, and devise solutions to overcome obstacles or conflicts during project execution

Adaptability to changing project requirements, priorities, or unexpected situations, and the flexibility to adjust methods and tools accordingly

PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTIFICATIONS

Experience in cybersecurity

Experience in AI/ML

Experience in RPA

SECURITY CLEARANCE

You must be able to obtain a security clearance (Secret or higher)
