Expion Health is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the friendly face of IT, resolving hardware, software, and network issues for a hybrid team in North Bethesda. You’ll support on-site staff 2–3 days a week, with additional days for events as needed, and back up remote teammates nationwide.
You’ll diagnose problems, guide users through fixes, document resolutions, and help onboarding/offboarding in Microsoft 365/Entra , including license management.
