Strategy & Transformation Manager – Choice Hotels International

As a key team member, you will partner with business leaders across disciplines to focus resources, align execution, drive progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Strategy Execution & Reporting

• Lead cross‑functional teams in designing and implementing enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives, including actionable planning, alignment, and communication with senior leadership.
• Analyze processes, develop data‑driven insights, and identify risks and dependencies that affect initiative success.
• Guide leadership through roadblocks with decision‑making materials and alignment tools.
• Establish and track success metrics, indicators, and milestone targets to measure progress and outcomes.

Strategy Communication, Alignment, & Planning

• Facilitate repeatable change‑management approaches and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, IT, and functional experts to ensure all work supports common objectives.
• Prioritize transformation initiatives and define objective, meaningful measures of success tied to long‑term strategic goals.
• Synthesize data and insights to articulate performance stories and influence organizational focus.

Employment Experience

• 4+ years of consulting, strategic planning, business analytics, or corporate strategy experience with project‑management familiarity.
• Managing cross‑functional projects or work streams required.
• Experience in change management, process design, and/or data analytics preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project‑management tools.
• Ability to conduct financial and business analysis.
• Experience with large language models such as Copilot or ChatGPT preferred.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/work experience required.
• MBA preferred.

$112,000 to $132,000 annually. Eligible for an annual bonus under Choice’s Management Incentive Plan.
