Welcome to the Rocky Mountains of Colorado! Bear Trap Ranch Summer Ministry Team Program offers a unique opportunity to learn what it means to live, work, serve, mentor, influence customers and each other for Christ, and learn what it takes to grow together in a Christian community. As a Bear Trap Ranch Summer Missionary you will have an opportunity to have bible study with other folks like yourself.

Depending upon your interests and passions, you can ask to serve in areas such as food service, maintenance, housekeeping, and mountaineering with the opportunity to cross train in different areas.

As a result of working at Bear Trap Ranch you will acquire new life long friendships, life skills, discover new interests, develop leadership skills, and participate in morning devotions, small groups, organized outings, recreation, and worship.

What else? Food and housing included, and all the mountain climbing and hikes you could ever dream of. Live at 9107 feet and experience summer temperatures in 60’s and 70’s. Our food is incredible. All our food is cooked from scratch including our breads.

We also have need for 3 interns to commit to serve at Bear Trap Ranch for 7-12 months beginning March or April 2026.
