Tri Corps Security is hiring professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team in North Bethesda, Maryland. Applicants must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment while providing exceptional service in a secure and customer-focused environment. As a Tri Corps officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all employees, visitors, and clients by upholding site policies and ensuring consistent vigilance and responsiveness.

• Monitor and control access to designated areas, ensuring authorized entry.
• Observe and report irregular or unusual activity promptly and accurately.
• Patrol the property to maintain safety, security, and visibility.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and incidents, maintaining composure in high-stress situations.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and procedures consistently and professionally.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and customers.
• Investigate disturbances and document incidents thoroughly and clearly.
• Maintain detailed activity and incident reports in accordance with Tri Corps standards.

• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
• Stay alert and aware of surroundings throughout each shift.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and good judgment under all circumstances.

• Positions available in North Bethesda, Maryland.
• Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
