Job Description

The Construction Worker supports ongoing projects by performing general construction labor, including cleaning work areas and moving materials throughout the jobsite. This role requires hands-on experience operating forklifts and boom lifts, along with a strong commitment to safety and efficient work practices.

• Perform general construction labor tasks on active jobsites, including assisting with basic building and site preparation activities.
• Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient jobsite.
• Move, load, and unload construction materials and equipment around the jobsite as directed.
• Operate forklifts to transport materials safely and accurately within designated areas.
• Operate boom lifts to support work at height in accordance with safety guidelines and instructions.
• Follow all safety procedures and use equipment certifications responsibly while performing daily tasks.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to understand work assignments and complete tasks on schedule.
• Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

• Proven experience performing construction labor tasks on active jobsites.
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts in a construction or industrial environment.
• Hands-on experience operating boom lifts in accordance with safety standards.
• Forklift certification demonstrating ability to operate equipment safely and correctly.
• Equipment certification for relevant construction machinery, including forklifts and boom lifts.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong awareness of jobsite safety practices and willingness to follow all safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team and follow instructions from supervisors.

• General labor experience in construction or related fields.
• Comfort working around heavy equipment and moving materials on busy jobsites.
• Reliable work ethic with a focus on completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Basic communication skills to coordinate tasks and understand jobsite instructions.

This role takes place on active construction jobsites where workers handle materials, operate forklifts and boom lifts, and perform general labor tasks in a fast‑paced setting. You work primarily on‑site, often outdoors or in partially completed structures, with exposure to varying weather conditions and typical construction noise and activity. The environment emphasizes strict adherence to safety procedures, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety vests, gloves, and protective footwear.

Work hours follow standard construction schedules as directed by the project team, and tasks involve frequent physical activity, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials throughout the site.

This is a Contract position based out of Bothell, WA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
