Role
Senior Automation Engineer leading automation system design, development, validation, and implementation in manufacturing.
Responsibilities- manage end-to-end automation projects
- develop best practices
- set DFA requirements
- collaborate with stakeholders to execute automation initiatives
- develop verification/validation plans
- troubleshoot automation issues
- and provide technical leadership.
- BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related
- 5+ years in automated equipment/system development in manufacturing
- proficiency in automation technologies, robotics, vision systems
- experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), lean manufacturing, and CAD tools.
- experience in medical device or capital equipment manufacturing, FDA QSR/ISO 9001 knowledge, PLC programming, RF/laser systems, or ultrasound.
- biopharma manufacturing support, automation in medical device or diagnostic production, process validation, regulatory compliance, light manufacturing environment.
