Senior Director of Program Management
Responsible for establishing and leading global project management practices within R&D. Main objectives include aligning portfolio strategy with company goals, ensuring project milestones, budgets, and resources are met, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities- developing portfolio prioritization processes
- managing a centralized project tracking system
- coordinating governance meetings
- supporting workforce planning
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business
- minimum 12 years of program management experience, preferably in medical devices or life sciences
- proven leadership and project delivery success
- strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- PMP or similar certification is advantageous
