A Better Solution in Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers (HCA/CNA) to join our team in Stanwood, WA.

Our caregivers help clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes while providing the support they need each day.

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as outlined in their care plan
• Prepare meals and assist with mealtime needs
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and other household support
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
• Provide medication reminders according to the client’s care plan
• Follow individualized care plans and complete required shift documentation

• Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or currently working toward certification as permitted by Washington State requirements
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Dependable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to meet Washington State background and employment requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
