Job Summary We are seeking an
** entry-level IT Support Technician
** to provide hands-on technical support to end users in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This position will primarily support employees with desktop, laptop, mobile device, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping people, has
** excellent communication and customer service skills**, and already has some hands-on experience troubleshooting common technical issues. Experience supporting
** Apple iPhones/iOS devices is strongly preferred**.This is a
** 100% on-site position in Bothell, WA**, with the possibility of occasional travel to a Bellevue location.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide hands-on technical support for end users experiencing hardware, software, mobile device, and connectivity issues.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving
** desktop and laptop computers, peripherals, applications, and iPhones/mobile devices**.
* Configure and set up workstations, laptops, monitors, phones, and other equipment for new employees.
* Assist with hardware replacements, equipment upgrades, and software installations.
* Re-image computers and assist with
** data migrations, backups, and restorations**.
* Diagnose basic network and connectivity issues and escalate more complex problems when appropriate.
* Document, track, and resolve support requests through a
** ticketing system**.
* Provide clear, professional communication to users throughout the troubleshooting process.
* Assist users in person and, when appropriate, through remote support tools.
* Maintain a high level of customer service while supporting users with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Required Qualifications
* ** Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.**
* ** Previous hands-on experience troubleshooting computers, hardware, software, or mobile devices**. This could come from an internship, help desk, desktop support position, technical support role, school IT department, or similar environment.
* Basic working knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and common software applications.
* Ability to methodically troubleshoot technical problems and determine when an issue should be escalated.
* Comfortable working directly with end users in a customer-facing IT support environment.
* Ability to work
** 100% on-site in Bothell, WA**.
* Ability to occasionally travel to
** Bellevue, WA
** as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience supporting
** Apple iPhones and iOS
** in a business or enterprise environment.
* Experience setting up or troubleshooting mobile devices, including connectivity, applications, email, and device configuration.
* Exposure to a help desk or IT ticketing system.
* Experience imaging/re-imaging computers and setting up equipment for new employees.
* Familiarity with basic LAN/network connectivity troubleshooting.
