Job Description In this role you will have the responsibility to lead and continuously improve information security across a regulated environment, partnering across technology, risk, and compliance to strengthen security practices, policies, incident management, and stakeholder alignment.

Your role :
* Lead and continuously improve the information security program.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, quality, and customer requirements.
* Partner across Engineering, IT, Quality, and business teams to embed security into products and processes.
* Drive secure Dev Ops, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and security risk assessments.
* Lead security reviews, audits, incident response, and corrective actions.
* Develop security policies, monitor emerging threats, and provide guidance on security best practices.

*** You have a Bachelor’s Degree within a related discipline. Masters Degree, preferred.
* You’ve acquired 5+ years of progressive information security, cybersecurity, or IT risk experience within a regulated environment.
* Your skills include demonstrated experience improving information security governance and controls, securing Dev Ops and cloud environments, making risk-based decisions, and translating technical security risks into business and compliance impacts.

** Philips Transparency Details
** The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $146,000 to $232,000.The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.
