- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field from an accredited university
- Proficient skills with using Adobe Cloud Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to collaborate with a team remotely and in-person
- Experience working in the AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) industry
- APMP certification
Proposal Leadership and Pursuit Management
- Lead the planning, strategy, coordination, development, and delivery of proposals and qualifications packages from kickoff through final submission.
- Develop proposal schedules, work plans, outlines, assignments, and review milestones, and provide the structure and accountability necessary to keep pursuit teams on track.
- Coordinate with technical professionals, firm leadership, proposal staff, graphic designers, subconsultants, and other contributors to gather, develop, and refine proposal content.
- Interpret solicitation requirements and ensure each submission complies with procurement requirements, evaluation criteria, and client-specific instructions.
- Facilitate go/no-go discussions, strategy sessions, kickoff meetings, progress meetings, and proposal reviews, and debriefs (internal and external).
- Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, key messages, and value propositions that connect Sanbell’s experience and expertise to the client’s needs.
- Independently manage multiple concurrent proposals while maintaining quality and meeting critical deadlines.
- Manage quality assurance and quality control reviews to confirm each submission is compliant, accurate, cohesive, persuasive, and professionally presented.
- Write and edit proposal narratives that clearly communicate Sanbell’s experience, project approach, team qualifications, and value to the client.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive, and client-focused content.
