Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Spock and Apache Groovy Test Automation frameworks, unit test automation, API testing, SQL, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate should have strong experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for enterprise applications.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Build and execute unit tests using Spock and Apache Groovy.
• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing.
• Perform API testing using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools.
• Write SQL queries for backend and database validation.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Identify and track defects using Jira.
• Collaborate with developers and Dev Ops teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, test reviews, and sprint activities.

8+ years of QA Automation / Software Testing experience

Strong hands-on experience with Spock Framework Strong hands-on experience with Apache Groovy Experience in Unit Test Automation Strong automation framework development experience

Experience with Java, Groovy, or PythonAPI testing and REST services

Strong SQL/database testing

Git, Jenkins, and Jira Functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing

Agile/Scrum experience
