• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
• Receipt and post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle billing for vehicle deals
• Prepare and process customer and lender payoffs
• Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented
• Maintain accurate accounting records and files
• Research and resolve discrepancies and account variances
• Support overall dealership accounting and administrative operations

• Previous accounting or dealership accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with accounting software and basic computer applications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
