Direct Support Professional; DSP

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our adult foster care home in North Branch, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. • Schedule: Evening shifts from 2 pm to 10 pm; every other weekend required.
• Hourly Pay: $18.75–$19.25 per hour.

• Assist in medication administration, household duties, and behavioral management.
• Support personal hygiene and medical care needs.

• Develop meaningful relationships and contribute to a person‑centered culture.

• Pass a post‑offer background check.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check (required for day or evening work).
