Retention BonusUp to $6,000 retention bonus: $2,500 after 6 months, balance after 12 months. To qualify for the full bonus, remain employed ≥12 months. Non-transferable to other roles.
SalaryThis area is a Minnesota Health Professional Shortage Area. Employees working primarily in an MHPSA receive a 15% differential plus base salary (already included in the range).
Clinician – Fully Licensed
Base Salary: $66,752.48 – $77,292.35
Base salary + MHPSA differential: $76,765.35 – $88,886.20
The compensation range is a good faith estimate; actual compensation may vary.

PositionSummary
Responsible for triaging calls, determining the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention, and additional therapeutic services as part of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in‑home (mobile crisis), office‑based, and via telehealth.
LocationNorth Branch, MN
Schedule40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Typical hours are between 8 am and 5 pm or 7 pm.
Minimum Qualifications- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling.
- Current, valid LICSW, LMFT, LP, or LPCC Minnesota State Licensure from the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy.
- Experience working with and delivering services to diverse populations.
- Experience delivering in‑home or crisis services.
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems.
