Anderson and Koch Ford is hiring a motivated and experienced Diesel Technician to join our growing Ford service department. This role is ideal for a technician who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering high-quality diesel repair and maintenance work in a positive, team-focused environment.

• $60,000 – $100,000 annually
  , based on experience, certifications, and productivity

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines
  , emissions systems, and drivability concerns

• Perform diesel engine repair
  , preventative maintenance, and inspections to Ford standards

• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

• Accurately document repairs, inspections, and recommendations in the repair order system

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

• Previous experience as a Diesel Technician / Diesel Mechanic preferred

• Strong diagnostic, electrical, and mechanical skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Self-motivated
  , dependable, and positive attitude

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ford diesel certification
  , ASE certification, or OEM training a plus (not required)
