• Support individuals with daily activities
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments
• Maintain safe, welcoming, and clean home environment

• $21.00/hour
• Available Shift(s):
  Part-Time - 30 hours/week
• Week 1:
  Monday 8am-3pm, Tuesday/Wednesday 3-9pm, Friday/Sat 8am-3pm.
• Week 2:
  Sunday 8am-3pm, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday 3-9pm, Friday 8am-3pm.

• A valid US driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS.
