Responsibilities

Lead battery systems and sub-systems design, development, and delivery to the project timeline.

Work with motorsports organizations and automotive OEMs to develop customized solutions for their application.

Lead testing in relevant environments.

Represent the company as a technical expert for ongoing project delivery and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and customer base.

Develop and support verification, validation and integration strategy, and testing from prototype phase through to homologation.

Technical drawings and production documentation reviews.

Conduct root cause analysis.

Leading technically focused meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject equivalent or related to Motorsports Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities. A Master’s level degree is preferred.

At least 3 years of experience in automotive systems or industrial experience within a complex multidisciplinary product environment. Experience with HV Battery systems and knowledge of system design with Lithium based battery cell.

Experience in safe working practices around HV systems, legislative requirements, and homologation standards.
