Responsibilities
As a Motorsports Engineer you will carry-out research and development activities I efforts to advance or create new battery chemistries and electrochemical energy storage solutions.
- Create and present reports on the company’s research and development status, goals and or progress.
- Work with motorsports organization and automotive OEMs to develop customized chemistries and solutions for their application.
- Lead testing in relevant environment.
- Represent the company as a technical expert for ongoing project delivery and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and customer base.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject equivalent or related to Motorsports Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities. Master’s level degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of the motorsports industries battery standards and regulations, particularly Formula 1, FIA WEC, Formula E, and Extreme
E.
