Country Paint & Hardware is looking for a dependable,friendly person to help customers feel welcome and findwhat they need. We’ve served our community since 1977,and helpful service is at the heart of our work.

• Welcome customers, listen to their questions, and help them find products and solutions.
• Walk customers to the products they need and ask a teammate for help when needed.
• Learn our merchandise and store services so you can give useful, accurate guidance.
• Process purchases accurately and handle payments carefully.
• Help keep shelves stocked and the sales floor clean and organized.
• Work with teammates, manage changing priorities, and follow through on tasks.
• Stay active throughout your shift and regularly lift merchandise weighing 20–30 pounds.

• Friendly, clear communication and a patient approach to helping customers.
• Dependability, punctuality, and pride in your work.
• Strong basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to organize several tasks.
• A willingness to learn products, computer systems, and store procedures.
• Initiative, teamwork, and openness to feedback.
• The ability to remain calm and helpful during busy periods.

Retail or customer service experience is helpful, but it is not required.
