Home Works Energy (New England Smart Energy Group) is rapidly growing their Weatherization team and we are looking to grow our leadership! We are looking for candidates who have a construction background in addition to the soft skills and personality to motivate and drive results in a team environment. This position will involve hands on training in the field. The right candidate will have basic knowledge of field work, as well as a strong desire to train diligently and manage your own crew.

Position Type: This is a full-time hourly position that is eligible for overtime. This position is also eligible for bonuses based on performance.
