Join Country Paint & Hardware as a Warehouse Associate.

You’ll help merchandise move safely from delivery to storageto our customers, supporting a neighborhood store that hasserved North Branford since 1977.

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing merchandise carefully.
• Accurately prepare and fulfill customer vehicle pickups and off-site deliveries.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Monitor warehouse tools and equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Help maintain accurate stock levels and orderly shelf presentation.
• Notice opportunities to improve organization and workflow, and share practical suggestions.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach pickers after appropriate training and authorization.
• Assist with seasonal resets, store preparation, and general improvements.
• Work with teammates and help where needed.

• The ability to safely lift and move merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds, using assistance or appropriate equipment as needed.
• A clean driving record and the ability to legally operate delivery vehicles.
• Basic technology skills and a willingness to learn store systems.
• Dependability, punctuality, and follow-through.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and care for safe working practices.
• Initiative, teamwork, and a practical approach to solving problems.

Forklift or pallet jack experience is helpful but not required.
