The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.50 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.50 USD - $26.25 USD per hour.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to solve their specific needs.
• Explain current promos, store activities and events; explain and promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store and specific to your area to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service and accuracy; assist with Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering and help guests enroll and use these features.
• Handle returns following policy prompts and work with leaders to resolve guest needs while adhering to Target policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Operate in a safe, ethical, and compliant manner; report hazards and follow safety policies and training.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, Drive-Up, and DU Returns with compliance to applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws where relevant).
• All other duties as needed based on business needs.
