Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with drivers and internal logistics teams to manage daily outbound loading schedules.
Verify order manifests, shipping labels, and paperwork for high accuracy before goods are loaded.
Assist truck drivers with the smooth and organized loading process of outgoing shipments.
Use basic computer applications and inventory software to log loaded orders and update shipping statuses.
Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication with delivery drivers, warehouse staff, and management.
Ensure all warehouse safety and operational guidelines are strictly followed during the loading process.
Strong, articulate verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
High level of personal integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness.
Basic computer skills, including comfort using data entry software, spreadsheets, or shipping portals.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on inventory and order accuracy.
Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics environment is a plus, but not required.
No heavy lifting required for this position.
