Job Title: Accounting Specialist
Location:
On Site in North Canton, OH
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Salary: $41,600 - $47,840

Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist:
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Manage cash applications, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming payments
- Generate and process customer invoices, maintaining organized records and supporting collections efforts
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Specialist:
- 2+ years experience in Accounting
- Experience in ERP system preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
