Automotive Technician (Alignment) – North Canton, OH

M-F 8 AM – 8 PM; SA 8 AM – 6 PM; SU 8 AM – 5 PM

Starting pay $25 – $35 per hour

• Troubleshoot problems and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills.
• Inspect, repair and diagnose brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioner, and coolant systems.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay informed of rapidly changing automotive technology; promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Maintain expected standards of sales, service, safety, and housekeeping; use protective equipment when operating machinery and manual tools.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, including light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, and squatting.

• At least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Three years of experience in automotive repair, including diagnosis, problem‑solving, and repairs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Preferred: ASE A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension, A5 Certification in Brakes, State inspection licenses and/or MAC certification.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; stores may be open 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use technology and applications to support diagnostics.
• Utilize tools, skills, and product knowledge to make recommendations to guests based on manufacturing guidelines.
