Our office is
quickly growing and we need someone who loves to work with people. The position requires the ability to multi-task, and prioritize. We are looking for the right person who would fit on our team who goes over and above to help our clients. We are very family oriented and have a great work environment. .The position offered is
full time, 9-5 pm. Our Customer Service Representative is our front line and face of the agency.. If you love helping people, are upbeat, and patient, then this is the job for you.
No prior experience is necessary. Experienced customer service with insurance background preferred, but willing to train the right person.

Assist customers with their insurance policies, answer phones, take payments and messages, assist the Sales Agents and Managers, Works on cancellations, terminations and looks for cross sell opportunities.
RequirementsNo License is required but will definitely help. We can train the right person for this position.
