Draft the bridges that keep Ohio moving.

Full‑time Structural Drafter

• Develop and produce detailed drawings in Micro Station to meet ODOT and local agency standards.
• Prepare construction plans ready for bidding and construction.
• Assist with data preparation and quantity calculations for engineering plans.
• Plot, collate, and compile plan sets for agency and construction submittals.
• Support general office tasks such as document prep, scanning, and filing as needed.
• Contribute to presentations and project deliverables, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

• 5+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering drafting.
• 2+ years of bridge design experience.
• Proficiency in Micro Station.
• Experience with ODOT standards is a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
