• Provide hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients.
• Build and maintain a growing book of walk‑in and repeat customers.
• Stay current on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals for product and service revenue.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and salon standards.

• Cosmetology license (Required).
• Minimum 1–3 years of salon experience.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
