Summary

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instructions and assistance to patients' families as indicated.

PRN Coverage:
Monday - Friday, Between 7AM - 7PM. Onsite:
North Canton, OH.

• Evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instructions and assistance to patients' families as indicated.
• Effectively works with and supervises physical therapist assistants and students.
• Provides documentation for medical records/insurance needs.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age.
• Other duties as required.

• Experience in physical therapy is required.
• Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (
  Outlook, Excel, Word
  ) or similar software is required.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required;
  Masters or Doctorate preferred.
• Ohio Physical Therapist licensure is required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• No required years of experience supervising.
