Mill‑Turn Machinist at Stolle Machinery Company LLC
Program, set‑up and operate a CNC Mazak Integrex or Multi‑Tasking Machine to perform multiple functions on metal work pieces while maintaining quality and safety standards; keep accurate records and maintain equipment and supplies.

Principle Accountabilities- Program an Integrex/ Multi‑tasking machine/mill‑turn through the use of G&M codes and/or conversational controls.
- Measure dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments, templates and fixtures.
- Examine completed work pieces for defects such as chipped edges or marred surfaces and sort defective pieces according to types of flaws.
- Mount, install, align and secure tools, attachments, fixtures and work pieces on machines using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Stop machines to remove finished work pieces or to change tooling, set‑up or workpiece placement according to required machining sequences.
- Transfer commands from servers to computer numerical control (CNC) modules using computer network links.
- Test and adjust machine speeds or actions, according to product specifications, using gauges and hand tools.
- Listen to machines during operation to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration and adjust machines to compensate for problems.
- Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Mazatrol experience a plus.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Stays current with job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and studying technical publications.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of trigonometry, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
- Required to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to function in a machine shop environment.
- Work schedule generally consists of 40+ hours per week, which may include overtime, on‑call status, evenings, and/or weekends.
