As a Repair Technician, you'll play a key role in assembling components accurately according to specifications and quality standards. You'll work closely with your supervisor and team to ensure smooth operations and safety. Your contribution helps keep production moving efficiently!

• Assembling components precisely to meet defined specifications and quality standards
• Using tape measures and hand tools to ensure accurate measurements and proper assembly
• Identifying individual components and following each step of the assembly process carefully
• Performing safety checks on equipment to promote a safe work environment for yourself and your coworkers
• Maintaining a steady work pace and working both independently and as part of the team

• 3 to 6 months of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively
• A commitment to safety and productivity, with flexibility for overtime and variable schedules
• A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment

This position is on-site in Canton and offers shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Overtime near month-end may be required to meet project deadlines.
