PARK LEAD JOB SUMMARY

A Park Lead at Urban Air Adventure Park is responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe, fun experience for guests. The role emphasizes strong customer service skills, promoting a team-focused culture, and maintaining park equipment and inventory. Park Leads open and close the park, monitor staff performance, and handle conflict management when necessary.

• Open and close the park on assigned shifts.
• Promote and uphold a strong team culture among both employees and guests.
• Supervise on-site staff, mentor team members, and promote a positive workplace environment.
• Oversee the proper maintenance and inventory of park facilities and equipment.
• Monitor safety standards for both employees and customers.
• Assist with the execution of events, birthday parties, and group activities, making sure guests have a memorable experience.
• Address customer concerns and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment
• Promote safety for employees and customers

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Prior experience in a supervisor or lead role, ideally within the recreation, hospitality, or retail sector.
• Strong conflict resolution and people management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff and guests.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
