Job Description

Position Overview
The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding our customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training and knowledge to help you succeed. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support your growth!
Your Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.

Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors occasionally.
The position involves physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, crouching, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. It may include exposure to irritant chemicals.
