GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T0794) role rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $15.00 USD per hour. Pay Range / Rango salarial is $15.00 USD - $22.50 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and engage with guests to help solve their needs.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by your leader to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures, product stock management, and store organization affect inventory, profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about total store resources, products, and services to solve issues and improve guest experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with relevant laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; stay focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance as required.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance; able to work in varying temperatures and conditions (e.g., drive-up, carryout).
• Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
