• Open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team to build store business and support service enhancers, including Concierge.
• Service multiple customers at a time, multi-task, and handle projects simultaneously.
• Stay informed on fashion trends and new arrivals; develop product knowledge on fit, color, and styling.
• Use product knowledge to create outfits and match items to customers’ needs.
• Participate in learning opportunities and accept direction, coaching, and feedback to maximize performance.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas such as clientelling, outreach, appointment setting and Talbots Classic Awards.
• Complete operational tasks: filling orders, replenishment, recovery, etc.
