Retail Sales Associate – Full Time

AAA Club Alliance invites you to join our retail team in North Canton, OH. As a key member of the sales associate team, you will provide exceptional customer service while driving sales of AAA products, travel services and more.

• Base pay: $14.73 – $18.84 per hour, based on experience, location and other factors.
• Incentive pay potential: $162 – $389 per month.
• Work week: 37.5 hours. Monday 9AM–6PM, Tuesday–Friday 9AM–5PM, Saturday 9AM–12PM. No Sundays.
• Full‑time associates accrue up to 3 weeks of paid time off in the first year.

• Consistently up‑sell and cross‑sell AAA products such as memberships, credit cards, insurance, and travel services.
• Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks.
• Answer overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak periods.
• Support cashiering, tagging, title and IDEMIA services as a backup.

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience with a proven ability to drive results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with multiple websites and computer programs.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Basic geography knowledge is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment and post‑employment background screenings.
