Roofing Repair Technician

Royalty Roofing is looking for experienced Roofing Repair Technicians to join our elite team. We offer year-round work, strong pay, and a role that values your skills without the grueling 12-hour days under the sun.

• Diagnose and repair roof leaks on residential and commercial buildings
• Perform siding and gutter repairs
• Use a metal brake for trim and fascia work
• Install and repair windows and skylights
• Take required job photos and documentation throughout the project
• Ensure installations meet code and manufacturer specs
• Pick up and return jobsite materials and supplies

✅ Strong communication skills with homeowners and teammates ✅ Confidence walking and inspecting steep and multi‑story roofs

✅ Solid experience with:

• Roof leak diagnosis & repairs
• Roofing installation (all major systems)
• Siding installation & repair
• Windows and skylight installs

✅ Carpentry and handyman experience is a plus ✅ Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record ✅ Willing to work Monday-Saturday during peak season

• Start and finish your day at either the North Canton or North Olmsted shop (whichever is closer to home)
• Pay is shop-to-shop:
  Clock in when you arrive, clock out when you return - we pay for your whole day, not just the jobsite hours
• Work is dispatched based on proximity to your shop
