We are seeking a skilled and service-driven Repair & Maintenance Manager to oversee roofing, siding, and carpentry repairs and warranty operations. This position serves as the first line of defense in customer communication, fielding inbound calls, assessing issues, and offering timely solutions. You will lead our team of multi-trade technicians and act as a crucial support resource for project managers—helping to scope repairs, estimate job costs, and manage change orders.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer service calls and warranty inquiries
• Evaluate incoming repair needs, offer solutions, and schedule timely technician dispatch
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, property managers, and internal departments
• Assist project managers in assessing repair needs for in-progress jobs
• Help scope and price change orders or unexpected issues that arise during construction
• Contribute to estimating repair costs, labor, and materials for service tickets and follow-ups
• Lead and mentor a team of multi-trade service technicians
• Assign and schedule work orders for roofing, siding, and light carpentry repairs
• Foster a positive, safety-first, and customer-focused team environment
• Manage day-to-day service and warranty workflows
• Oversee and assist in executing repairs including:
  • Roofing leaks and component failures
  • Siding repair and replacement (vinyl, fiber cement, aluminum, etc.)
  • Trim, soffit, fascia, light framing, decking, and window/door flashing issues
• Conduct jobsite inspections to verify quality and safety compliance
• Ensure adherence to building codes, manufacturer guidelines, and Royalty Roofing standards
• Onboard and train new technicians in trade best practices and customer etiquette
• Encourage continuous improvement and skill growth
• Track and manage labor and material costs for maintenance projects
• Support tool and material inventory control

• 3+ years of experience in repair leadership across roofing, siding, and carpentry
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Problem solver who can manage multiple tasks with urgency and professionalism
• Proficiency in estimating and scope development a strong plus
• Tech-savvy: CRM, digital job tracking, and Microsoft Office
• Strong leadership, field experience, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license

• OSHA certification
• Experience with residential and light commercial repairs
• Construction or project management background

$55,000 - $75,000 a year
