This full-time, on-site Roustabout / Laborer / Supervisor role is based in OH/PA/WV. Team members will assist with general oilfield labor, including facility construction tasks, equipment setup, site preparation, and routine maintenance of wellsite and utility services. Daily responsibilities may include operating or assisting with heavy equipment, supporting certified welding crews, performing rigging and material handling, and ensuring safe and clean work areas.

The Supervisor component of the role involves coordinating crews, monitoring job progress, promoting adherence to safety and quality standards, and communicating job requirements to team members and project managers. The position requires working outdoors in varying conditions and following all company and regulatory safety procedures.

• Candidates should possess skills related to drilling operations or support activities in oilfield environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in working with cranes and coordinating lifts in compliance with safety standards.
• Candidates should possess skills in operating or supporting heavy equipment used in construction and oilfield work.
• Candidates should possess skills and experience related to oilfield work, including familiarity with wellsites and industrial facilities.
• Strong commitment to safety, including adherence to OSHA and industry regulations.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, work in outdoor conditions, and use hand and power tools safely.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for equipment and tools.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to follow instructions and, when supervising, provide clear direction.
• Prior experience in oil and gas, construction, or industrial field work is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; eligibility to work in the United States.
