This is a receptionist/client service role at H&R Block. You will help inspire clients, build relationships, and support neighbors and clients with their tax-related needs. The position is described as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist style role focused on delivering excellent client service now and in the future.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients as requested
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
